Internal Audits

Internal Audits Module, which is designed to help you schedule and complete your own internal audits to the required Ngà paerewa Health and Disability Services Standard to ensure compliance. This aims to help you know exactly how your site is performing and what areas you need to improve throughout the year.

Corrective Actions through GIA+

The second crucial component of the integrated Internal Audits tool (GIA++ ) is the corrective actions log. This log is populated automatically through the completion of each Internal Audit and then listed chronologically as a task for completion.

You can see at a glance the projects already completed and those which are still outstanding.

Benchmarking

Integrated into our software is automated benchmarking against all other HCSL clients using non-identifiable data to compare how your site and residents are tracking, compared to other New Zealand facilities. With this information, you can take a more targeted approach to making improvements in your business

Adverse Event Analysis

Log and manage adverse events, which auto-populate into analysis reports. These can be drilled down into your data easily to identify opportunities for continuous improvement projects. You’ll also be able to see the trends and patterns with the type of event, times, and frequency plus bench-marking the adverse events against other aged care providers. These are calculated on a per 1000-bed day rate for ease of reporting.

Complaint Management

Incorporated is a complaint management module, that allows a facility to capture, manage and resolve individual complaints and identify opportunities to make systemic improvements. The system is designed to be accessible, confidential, prompt and fair.

Performance Dashboard

Our performance dashboard is a management tool used to gauge performance across the full facility or service. Features and functions include measuring, monitoring, printing and managing the key activities, adverse events, and infections from one central location. These can be shown through a range of different reporting styles to display interrogated data in a meaningful way.
