Setting up a new resident in HCSL is kept as easy as possible while capturing all relevant information needed This includes: Uploading a profile picture Name, NHI, DOB, Gender, if they celebrate their birthday, ethnicity details, date and type of admission
It is essential that a facility captures all relevant Next of Kin information, noting who is the primary contact, what relationship they have with the resident, EPOA, what scenario they would like to be contacted in, permissions hey are granted, any methods of contact, under HCSL you can add the whole whanau if needed.
Tracking a facility’s occupied bed days can be complex and challenging endeavour if attempted manually and requires models and techniques which has many dynamic variables involved. Incorporated into our software, you can track and report on your facility’s Occupied Bed Days on a daily/weekly/monthly or annual basis.
Utalising all of the information captured into each residents file, it automatically populates the physical location of the resident and mobility requirements, ready for use in the event of an evacuation for a facility, this can be exported, printed and displayed, or viewed directly from HCSL on your tablet.
Utalising all of the information captured into each resident’s file, you can run a report detailing the resident’s level of care/movements such as: Date of Admission. Level of care, Days in the level of care, Social leave, Absence in hospital, discharge or deceased status etc.
Utalising all of the information captured into each residents file, it automatically populates your Shower Lists and details schedules and hygiene requirements relating to the most recent information captured, these lists can be sorted for duty allocation, exported, printed or displayed directly on a tablet.
